I've worn Almay One Coat mascara for about 20 years now (jesus, has it been that long?). I trade off between that and the Clinique freebies, but it's the only one I actually buy. I have the stubbiest eyelashes (they are almost non-existent) and I've actually had friends who have seen me without make up ask me what kind of mascara I use, it makes such a difference.

Triple Effect and Nourishing are waterproof and hypoallergenic, to boot!

Good luck with your search!
