I have only been reading your blog for a month or so and didn’t know the trip you were taking was to the freakin’ OLYMPICS! On a trip you won no less (my mother won a trip to Ireland on St. Patrick’s Day over the radio once)! LOVED the picture of Michael Phelps and can’t wait to see more pictures and read about the trip.
omg you got to see Michael P. I cannot wait until he comes back home (I live in Baltimore). They are planning a parade and I already told my husband we’re ALL going. YEAH !!!
So enjoyed your photos and perspective… though I must admit, while reading through Flickr… every time I saw “Forbidden City” I “heard” you saying it in a hushed, conspiratal (sp?) tone.
