		<description>My favorite go-to meal of the moment is as follows:

Brussels sprouts - drizzle olive oil in a pan, cut sprouts in half and place flat side down in the oil. Cook until they turn bright green and are soft.

Polenta - get the instant kind and it's water plus mix plus milk. Heat and stir (easier than oatmeal)

Shrimp - I buy cooked and peeled shrimp from Trader Joe's and keep it in the freezer. I take out as many as I need and throw it into a pan with garlic and olive oil until they are warmed through. 

When the polenta and sprouts are done, I grate a little bit of cheese over the top I use a microplane).</description>
