Sometimes I wonder: how many days would I have to go without posting before the Internet thought I was dead? Let’s try two weeks and see what happens!
Not dead. Just busy.
I can’t even begin to tell you what I’ve been doing for the past two weeks — working and running and shopping and falling into bed at 8:30 pm. There were also a couple of Christmas parties and two music performances and I’m sure some other fun things that I can’t remember now.
Thrilling!
I’m wrapping up at work today and tomorrow, and hopefully also wrapping up my Christmas shopping (and then actually WRAPPING some things because I assume the kids don’t want me to just toss everything under the tree all naked, as tempting as that may be). I’m also making plans for 2011 — I’m revising my life list, again, but I’ve been doing it on actual paper, with an actual pen (OMG! so old fashioned!). Let’s just say that good things will happen in ‘11. Promise.
I’m taking the next week off (why not? I’ve clearly already taken the past TWO weeks off!) and then we’ll start anew after the new year. Have a happy holiday, Internet. May all your Christmas wishes come true.

And a very merry Christmas to you and yours, as well!
P.S. I like your widget, and it took me longer than I care to admit to figure out it was also an ad. (Me: “How did Susan know I want to go to Steamboat?”)
P.P.S. Duh.

I didn’t think you were dead, but I was fearing that you’d abandoned us! But I also figured you were super busy because, well ’tis the season!
Merry Christmas Susan. Thanks for being here
